The Kingsdale Contemporary Apex brings a sleek, modern look to Suresheds' premium Kingsdale range, with a classic pitched apex roof.
The Kingsdale Contemporary is one of Suresheds' most popular designs, and it is easy to see why – a stylish, modern building that will make your garden the envy of the neighbours. Use it as a relaxing retreat, a home office, a garden bar… the options are endless. It is made from premium, fully pressure-treated (tanalised) Scandinavian redwood, built around a sturdy screw-fixed 2"x2" framework, and the design is fully customisable. Prefer a lower roofline? The same building comes with a pent roof as the Kingsdale Contemporary Pent.

- Windows: up to 4 fixed timber-framed windows, 355mm wide, 4mm toughened safety glass
- Roof: durable polyester felt roof covering as standard, 12-month manufacturer's warranty (upgradeable to an EPDM rubber roof with a 25-year warranty)
- Hardware: quality fittings in black or silver
- Guarantee: anti-rot guarantee from decay – 10 years on 12mm cladding, 15 years on 16mm and 20mm (glass is not covered)
- Sizes: from 8x6 ft up to 22x12 ft
