By placing an order through our platform, you ("the customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Our Role as an Agent. We act solely as an intermediary between customers and manufacturers, offering guidance and assistance throughout the ordering process. Our services include: providing product information and recommendations; assisting with customization options; coordinating orders and deliveries. While we strive to ensure a seamless purchasing experience, we do not manufacture the products and, therefore, are not responsible for the quality, performance, or aftercare of the goods supplied.
3. Aftercare and Customer Service. Post-delivery support, including maintenance, repairs, and warranty claims, falls under the purview of the respective manufacturers. For any issues unrelated to the initial ordering process, customers should contact the manufacturer directly. We will, however, endeavor to assist customers by providing manufacturer contact details and facilitating communication between the customer and manufacturer when possible. Please note that our involvement in aftercare is limited and does not constitute an assumption of responsibility for the manufacturer's obligations.
4. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lichfield Garden Buildings Ltd disclaims all liability for: defects or issues arising from the manufacturing process; delays or failures in delivery by the manufacturer; post-sale services, including maintenance and repairs. Our liability is confined to the services directly provided by us during the ordering process.
