We deliver across mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
Who actually delivers my building?
Each manufacturer fulfils and delivers their own buildings directly — we don't run our own delivery fleet. That means delivery timing and the exact process can vary a little by brand, which we'll always confirm with you before your order is finalised.
What happens after I place an order?
We check every order by hand before it goes anywhere — Craig will call you personally to confirm the order and the full specification, then pass everything on to the manufacturer for production and delivery.
Can I cancel my order once I've placed it?
Because our buildings are made to order for you, orders can't be cancelled once placed without applicable fees. See our full Cancellation policy for details, or get in touch if you're unsure.
Guarantees & trust
What guarantee do I get on my building?
Every building we sell comes with its manufacturer's own guarantee — most of our ranges carry 10 years or more, with some going up to 20 years. Guarantee terms vary by brand, so see our Warranty & Guarantees page for the exact figure for the range you're looking at.
Are your reviews genuine?
Yes — our reviews are collected from real customers via Judge.me, a verified reviews platform, not written by us. You can see them all on our Reviews page.
Buying & paying
Do you offer finance?

Visiting & getting in touch
Can I see a building in person before I buy?
Yes — our display site at Buzzards Valley, Staffordshire is open 7 days a week and staffed most days. You're welcome to just turn up, or book a time online if you'd like to guarantee someone's there to help.
