We're between Lichfield and Tamworth, an easy drive from Sutton Coldfield, Burton upon Trent, Cannock, Atherstone and Birmingham. For sat nav, use B78 3EQ.
What's on display
We have a selection of garden buildings up and open to look around. What's on site changes as buildings sell and new ones arrive, so we can't show every model in our range.
If there's a particular building you'd like to see, call or WhatsApp us before you come. We'll tell you whether it's here, or show you something similar so you can judge the size and quality.

Delivery is free on every building, with a distance limit on a few ranges (shown below). Whether it's installed for you depends on the manufacturer. Each product page shows the details for that building.

- Vista Collection garden roomsDelivery and installation included, subject to a site survey for your base and electrics.
- ShedlandsFree delivery and installation once your base is ready.
- SureshedsFree delivery and installation within 50 miles of their Rotherham factory. Beyond that, delivery is £2 a mile each way for the extra miles.
- Lifelong steel sheds and garagesDelivered and put up by Lifelong's own team on the same visit.
- Beeston concrete garages and storesFree delivery and installation within 20 miles of our Display Site. A concrete base is needed.
- Ex-display buildingsFree delivery and installation within 40 miles of our Display Site.

Free delivery, installation available to add

Free delivery, self-assembly or ask us
Pent Haus garden rooms are made in around 3 weeks with delivery included, and are self-assembly – usually around 3 days to put up.
LOJ gazebos and summerhouses and Vitavia greenhouses come with free delivery as kits for you to put up, or ask us about a recommended local installer. Installer availability depends on where you live, so ask us and we'll tell you what's possible for your postcode.

Narrow side passages, steps or tight driveways affect delivery, so it's worth telling us.

Do you install the buildings?
It depends on the range. Sovereign, Coppice, Vista, Shedlands, Suresheds, Lifelong, Beeston and our ex-display buildings include installation (some with distance limits). Sheds DIY, Power Sheds and Elite can have installation added. Pent Haus and other ranges are self-assembly, or ask us about a recommended local installer. Delivery is free on every building, with a distance limit on a few ranges. Each product page gives the details.
