The Georgian Kingsdale Combi Pent combines a summer house with a side shed under one sleek pent roof, finished with traditional Georgian-style glazing for real kerb appeal.
It strikes the perfect balance between a bit of luxury and everyday practicality: a relaxing summer house, home office or garden bar at the front, with a side shed behind its own door for the mower, bikes and garden furniture. It is made from premium, fully pressure-treated (tanalised) Scandinavian redwood, built around a sturdy screw-fixed 2"x2" framework, and the design is fully customisable. It also comes with a pitched roof as the Georgian Kingsdale Combi Apex.

- Roof: durable polyester felt roof covering as standard, 12-month manufacturer's warranty (upgradeable to an EPDM rubber roof with a 25-year warranty)

- Guarantee: anti-rot guarantee from decay – 10 years on 12mm cladding, 15 years on 16mm and 20mm (glass is not covered)
