The Kingsdale Contemporary Combi Apex combines a summer house with a side shed under one apex roof, giving you leisure space and storage in a single building.
It has become one of Suresheds' most popular designs – the perfect balance of a bit of luxury and everyday practicality. The summer house side makes a relaxing retreat, home office or garden bar, while the side shed keeps the mower, bikes and garden furniture out of the way behind its own door. It is made from premium, fully pressure-treated (tanalised) Scandinavian redwood, built around a sturdy screw-fixed 2"x2" framework, and the design is fully customisable. It also comes with a pent roof as the Kingsdale Contemporary Combi Pent.

- Doors: joiner-made timber French doors (1110mm wide) plus a standard shed door (780mm wide)
- Windows: up to 4 fixed timber-framed windows, 355mm wide, 4mm toughened safety glass
- Roof: durable polyester felt roof covering as standard, 12-month manufacturer's warranty (upgradeable to an EPDM rubber roof with a 25-year warranty)
- Hardware: quality fittings in black or silver
- Guarantee: anti-rot guarantee from decay – 10 years on 12mm cladding, 15 years on 16mm and 20mm (glass is not covered)
- Sizes: from 10x6 ft up to 22x12 ft
