Shedlands – Garage

Shedlands' timber garages are built to exceptionally high standards, giving a secure, solid structure that complements your property. A timber garage adds valuable extra space with the bare minimum of building work, and is available in Standard or Premier cladding grade with a side entrance door.

• Roof truss count increases with building length (1 truss up to 15ft, 3 up to 20ft, 5 up to 30ft)

• Frame: 50mm x 50mm timber (nominal); roof trusses 75mm x 50mm
• Cladding: interlocking timber cladding; Standard or Premier grade
• Floor: not included – a suitable concrete or paved base is required
• Roof: heavy duty green mineral roofing felt
• Double doors 1880mm x 2135mm; side door 1775mm x 762mm
• Eaves height 1895mm; ridge height from 2490mm (8ft deep) to 2690mm (12ft deep)

Colours & finishes: painted finish available in Sage, Red, Dark Pink, Swiss Blue, Turquoise, Light Pink, Lilac, Yellow, White, Light Blue, Cream or Cornflower Blue, with roof tiles available in Black, Slate, Red or Green. Where Premier cladding is offered, it's a thicker 18mm board versus 12mm as standard (Loglap cladding is 15mm, with a distinctive log-effect profile) – all internal timber framing is rounded on every corner for a safer, neater finish.
