Optional extras
Add any of these using the Foundation Pack, Electric Pack and Internal Pack options above. The price updates as you choose, and the extras are paid for together with your garden room at checkout.

Foundation Pack
Heavy-duty composite posts that are concreted into the ground, with a stainless steel frame bolted on top. It lifts the room off the ground and leaves a breathable space underneath, removing the risk of rising damp and condensation. Between 9 and 30 posts, depending on the size of the room.

Electric Pack
4 double sockets, spotlights (the number depends on the room size), a light switch, a 50m roll of socket wire and a 50m roll of lighting wire. The cables run through the channels already built into the panels. Connection to the mains must be done by a qualified electrician.

Internal Pack
A wood-panelled finish for the inside of your garden room, which can be left white or painted the colour of your choice.
Good to know
- Base: build on the optional Foundation Pack or on your own level concrete base
- Access: every wall panel is 600mm wide, the longest panel is 5m and the French doors are 1.8m x 2m, so the kit can be carried through the house if there is no side access
- Build: you will need at least 2 people; the Signature SIPs™ structure typically goes up in around 3 days
- Electrics: the panels have preformed cable channels and pre-cut socket holes. Use wiring that is compatible with EPS insulation, and have the mains connection done by a qualified electrician (Part P certificate)
- Kitchens and bathrooms are not part of the kit and would need arranging separately
- Made in the UK, with a life expectancy of 40–50 years
