• Electrics: multiple sockets, switches and spotlights, external lighting, and a 2000W remote-controlled, Bluetooth-enabled electric heater, all included
• Guarantee: 10-year warranty
• Roof: EPDM single-piece roof covering or slate-effect felt tiles, depending on model
