The Rutland is Sovereign's classic apex-roof timber shed, built on heavy-duty round-corner framing with tongue & groove shiplap cladding – a versatile, hard-wearing shed for tools, bikes or general garden storage.

- Cladding: 12mm tongue & groove shiplap as standard, with premier 18mm shiplap, 19mm loglap and 15mm pressure-treated upgrades available
- Frame: 32mm x 44mm round corner timber framing
- Floor: 12mm tongue & groove timber floor (heavy-duty and pressure-treated heavy-duty upgrades available)
- Roof: 12mm tongue & groove roof boards under polyester roofing felt (heavy-duty felt, felt tiles or EPDM rubber upgrades available)
- Treatment: water-based factory base coat as standard, with painted colour finishes available
- Doors: framed, rebated joinery door(s) with chrome butt hinges and a 3-lever lock and handle
- Sizes: 6ft x 4ft up to 20ft x 10ft
